About You

I was never satisfied with most of the stories I came across so I started writing my own. A 2-day workshop on Short-stories arranged by Gujarat Samachar in the year 2005 unleashed my potential of writing. This was further strengthened by another 1-week workshop sponsored and organized by Government of Gujarat in 2006. With a childhood secluded by a skin disease, books were my best friends very early in life. La Miserable, A Tale of Two Cities, Mutiny on the Bounty, Uncle Tom s Cabin, Animal Farm, Maanvi ni Bhavaai are some of the names that sculpted my perception. Science Technology,International Affairs,History Geography are my stress-busters. My stories have background themes of experiential learning, climate change, mutual respect in relationships and sometimes they are just stories!
