सूनी पड़ी है देश कि हर पटरी

रुकीं पड़ीं हैं पहियों वाली गड्डी

घर पर भी न खेल सकें कबड्डी

कभी न सूनी हमने इतनी छुट्टी

न कि किसी ने भी इतनी ड्यूटी

दाकतर नसँ पुलिस ओन ड्यूटी

महकमा तो महकमा पर आज है

सेवानिवृत्त प्रहरी भी ओन ड्यूटी

आदमी-आदमी के बीच है दूरी

ना देखीं ना सूनी है एसी मजबूरी

क़ुदरत का है खेल या वैज्ञानिकों

की खिलवाड़भरी यह ख़ुराफ़ाती

अदना से कीटाणु ने कि है बर्बादी

प्रभु करे मिल जाए कोई जड़ींबूटी

ना-सूरसे वाइरसकी फोड़ दे मटकी

ताकि मानवजातिकि हो जाएँ छुट्टी
