Water Saved The Life – 11 – Last Man On Earth

He unexpectedly discovered a knife under his seat. He instantly removed it and severed Sara's seatbelt. Owen extended his hand in greeting to Sara. She gripped it, and Owen yanked her up and out with all of his strength. Hemocytes were getting close. Sara Atlas had left the building.

Sara thought Owen was following him towards Cole's car while she was running, but she was surprised when she turned around.

Owen was sprinting towards Hemocytes, who was yelling at him, but Owen was not paying attention. Nobody knew why Owen was running that way...

Sara decided to sprint backwards towards Owen, but she was stopped by a strong arm, which she recognised as Cole's. He took her hand in his and told her to get in the car.

While Cole was switching firearms in his car, Owen was sprinting towards their old automobile, where he had noticed a box. When Owen opened it, he saw a bunch of flares and assumed it wouldn't be of any use, but then he noticed three additional boxes...

As it obstructed Hemocytes, Owen was sprinting for them to acquire Flares and store them.

They can be utilised at any moment...

Those boxes were made of steel and were a little heavy, but he managed to grab two of them, and Hemocyte was following them back to Cole's automobile.

Cole swiftly took out Flare's rifle and fired at Owen. When Owen saw Flare approaching, he quickly went down, and Flare continued to halt the Hemocytes for a while more, until Owen was completely boxed up and put in Cole's car.

Cole was driving with two additional boxes in his car when a Hemocyte scratched him severely on the hand. Cole's handfelled boxes When Owen noticed this and spotted a flare going out, he swiftly ignited five flares and hurled them near Cole... The Hemocyte couldn't have come from the opposite side because it was a little ally. That was Owen's thought...

However, he was surprised to find that a few Hemocytes were arriving from the opposite side of the road... They were in the centre, with Hemocytes on both sides...

Owen grabbed Cole in one hand and flares in the other. He stuffed boxes in the trunk and sat in the driver's seat, leaving Cole in the passenger seat. He started the Pajero Sport and took control of the vehicle. However, it was too late; a few Hemocytes had clung to the car's roof and one had ruptured a tyre.

When Owen noticed the river rushing, he drove the automobile into it without thinking. The clinged hemocytes drowned, while Owen, Sara, Andy, Jack, and Cole swam to safety from the dying Car.

Hemocyte was also drowned in the automobile.

"Hemocyte cannot swim," Owen said, "therefore we should stay in the sea until sunrise."

Everyone was in agreement. Andy followed Owen and shouted, "Stay here," but then noticed Jack gesturing towards a rescue boat and added, "Stay here."

Ghahahahsahaaa, a Hemocyte was there on that rescue boat, hiding, that was what Jack was pointing at. Owen swiftly swam there and as he was about to go up on the boat, Ghahahahsahaaa, a Hemocyte was there on that rescue boat, hiding, that was what Jack was pointing at.

That Hemocyte pounced on Owen and scraped his chest and hands, and Sara killed that Beast with her gun just as he was about to bite him with three rounds.

"Hello, my name is Cole," Cole stated as they sat in the rescue boat, taking a few moments to recover. Isn't this our first formal meeting?"

"Indeed," Owen answered. My name is Owen, and this is my wife Sara, as well as our kids Andy and Jack, who are pointing at Doberman... You literally saved our lives..."

"Let's talk after Sunrise..." Cole suggested.

"We'll go to my place," Owen says.

"That's great," Cole says, "but what about the guns in my boot?" They would have drowned as well... And the flares would've been drenched..."

"That's great," Cole says, "but what about the guns in my boot?" They would have drowned as well... And the flares would've been drenched..."

"I read that the flare boxes are AIR-TIGHT and that water cannot enter... Guns and ammo would be secure as well, as they are both in the same AIR-TIGHT BOX...

Now all we have to do is figure out where and how we'll get them out..."

"I have something in my vehicle list that could help..." says Cole.

"Let us first celebrate our lives..." says Cole.

"Sure," Owen says.

"Cole is getting on in years... Is he truly here to save us, or..." Owen ponders...
