नियमों के नाम पर डर का कारोबार देखा है,
हमने सिस्टम में खुला भ्रष्टाचार देखा है।
नोटिस भी अब यहाँ न्याय नहीं, हथियार बने,
हर कदम पर शोषण का विस्तार देखा है।
कानून की हर पंक्ति अलग मतलब बताती,
अधिकारियों का अलग-अलग व्यवहार देखा है।
ईमानदार व्यापारी भी डरकर झुकता है,
सच बोलने वालों को लाचार देखा है।
पोर्टल बने सुविधा के नाम पर उलझनें,
हर दिन नया कोई इजहार देखा है।
राजस्व बढ़े तो देश मजबूत हो जाता,
पर यहाँ विश्वास को बीमार देखा है।
करदाता अपराधी नहीं, देश का आधार है,
फिर भी उसको ही गुनहगार देखा है।
समय है अब व्यवस्था को आईना दिखाने का,
हमने चुप रहकर बहुत नुकसान देखा है।

नोटिसों की धूप में सिमटता गया व्यापार,

कर लिया ईमानदार ने भी डरकर सर झुका,

करदाता ही देश का असली आधार होता है,
फिर क्यों वही सबसे ज्यादा लाचार होता है।
नियमों की भूलभुलैया में उलझा हर इंसान,
सरल व्यवस्था का सपना रह गया अनजान।
कानून बना था न्याय के लिए इस देश में,
अब डर का कारोबार है हर परिवेश में।
जो टैक्स देता वही सबसे ज्यादा परेशान है,
अजीब दौर है, ईमानदार ही हैरान है।
अधिकार जब जवाबदेही से दूर हो जाते हैं,
तब कानून भी शोषण का दस्तूर हो जाते हैं।
देश मजबूत होता है करदाता के सम्मान से,
न कि डर, नोटिस और अनावश्यक अपमान
