A value of education in our life is tremendous. Having a universitydegree/ diploma will allow you to count on an interesting and exciting job that will bring joy, pleasure, and satisfaction and provide an opportunity for spiritual, personal and professional growth.

1.Schooling makes a significant contribution to the development of a person’s civil position. Getting educated, we get acquainted with our history and culture, adopting socially significant experience of previous generations. It helps us understand our civic responsibilities and stimulates us to fulfill them. There is no doubt that only an intelligent person can be a true citizen of his country. 

A clever person is characterized by a greater degree of self-confidence than a person who is uneducated or poorly educated. Scholarship leads to a positive outlook on life, which allows us to believe in ourselves without being afraid of relying on ourselves in different life situations.

3.      Schooling fosters communication. Rotating in the circles of experts in your field, you will get a large number of contacts in time, expanding the spheres of influence and forming a circle of people, which you can always rely on.

4.      Schooling provides knowledge that makes a person more interesting for society. Being the intelligent person, you can discuss not only people and TV shows but also events, ideas. A smart person is not inclined to gossip, preferring to observe and form his own conclusions by objective facts.

5.      According to statistics, salaries of people who graduated from universities are bigger than those of people without higher education. In order to increase your income, you must understand the importance of education (special training, second, third higher education). As a rule, the well-being of a person, whose indicator is the availability of such material values as a car, real estate, deposits in banks, etc., directly depends on whether he has a university degree or not. Also according to statistics, unemployment among people with higher education is not so widespread in comparison with people with secondary education.

 The general Education schemes are replaced by technical education as there is good opportunity for career and employment. It imparts the knowledge very strongly from the basics to advanced scenarios.  Importance of  universal human values is of paramount importance. Like everybody,  the student to explore oneself and allows one to experience the joy of learning, stand up to peer pressure, take decisions with courage, be aware of relationships, be sensitive to others, understand the role of money in life, and feeling of prosperity, etc. Human values as enshrined in our constitution like justice, liberty, equality, fraternity, human dignity and the unity and integrity of the Nation can also be part of this discussion. Focus should be on inculcating values of equality and responsibility towards one’s fellow citizens of any caste, class or creed. During discussion issues and requirements of SC/ST/OBC students should be assessed and addressed. Mentor- mentee relationship can help students form a bond with faculty members which can be of great help during various tough times in course
