1975 નું એ વર્ષ. ઓખા રેલવે સ્ટેશન ના સ્ટેશન માસ્ટર તરીકે મારી બદલી થયેલી. રેલવેની સેવામાં જોડાયાને 5 વર્ષ થઇ ગયાં હતાં એટલે મને સ્ટેશન ઇન્ચાર્જ તરીકે નો ઓર્ડર મળેલો. મારી ઉંમર ત્યારે 28 વર્ષની. અત્યારે તો ઓખા ઘણું બદલાઈ ગયું છે પણ મારી ઓખા બદલી થઈ ત્યારે સ્ટેશન બહુ નાનું હતું અને આખા દિવસમાં માત્ર બે ટ્રેનો આવતી. એક સૌરાષ્ટ્ર મેલ અને બીજી એક પેસેન્જર ટ્રેન જે રાત્રે આવતી. મોટાભાગનાં પેસેન્જર્સ તો યાત્રાળુઓ હોવાથી દ્વારકામાં જ ઉતરી જતાં અને ઓખામાં તો દસ-બાર પેસેન્જર ઉતરતા. દરિયો ખૂબ જ નજીક હોવાથી ઓખાનું વાતાવરણ બહુ જ સુંદર હતું. આખો દિવસ પવનના સૂસવાટા અને
