While the emperor is familiar with the usual paths to the Mahal, the hidden path remains a mystery for Tuglaq, who is eager to discover its true purpose. As they proceed, the emperor opens a strong iron door, revealing a concealed passage that Tuglaq finds astonishing. They hear the sound of flowing water echoing in the underground space, and Tuglaq quickly follows the emperor through the door, intrigued by the magical events unfolding around him.
