Patience and tolerance are the two key factors which make a successful teacher. You should be very patient and tolerant with your students. Most of the students are very active and when they become more active they will become more restless. The punishments you give to a student should indicate that ‘I do not like what you did’, rather than, ‘You did it’. Eye contact is something very important to maintain discipline in a class.
