Varun started dreaming of becoming an IAS officer only after passing his 10th and started his prepration from then on. He was a bright and promising student and always motivated toward his goal . He knows that he had enough time to secure a good rank in UPSC exam. But there's a lot of problems you have to face in your life . And it is not necessarily always happens , that you want .
