O saathi re, tere bina bhi kya jina!
Phulon me kaliyo me, Sapno ki gaaliyo me
Tere bina kuchh kahi na,
Tere bina bhi kya jina!”
“Come, help me in digging” the Farmer said.
“What you are trying to do?” I asked and picked up shovel from ground.
“We are digging the field” Farmer said.
“Okay, let me just ask you one question, if we dig this like this for a week, then also we can’t complete the work, I mean we should look for an alternative. We can use tractor” I advised.
“In life, every time we didn’t get all the options we get, Duality fails here. I am going to continue in this way, you can help me if you want” Farmer said.
“Okay, I will surely help, but you should use latest machinery” I said.
“I want you to be conscious, to go deep and think on one way only. You should be sheer conscious of what you think” Farmer advised, I listened silently and started helping him.
“Such a hard work” I uttered.
“When you sit idle, different thoughts will blow your mind but when you work, your mind will think in one direction only. I want you to work with me because I want you to think in one direction only” Farmer said.
“This is labour work, what I am going to think in this?” I asked.
“Let the thoughts come into your mind, many often I used to sing while working just because there are thoughts of thinking so just set your mind free and go deep into thoughts which come to you, think wisely and keep digging.” Farmer said. I nodded.
“There are thoughts which gives me pain” I spoke after some time, farmer smiled looking at me.
“Negative attracts much, you should learn to accept pain” Farmer said and looked at me. I mused for a while.
“Keep thinking, keep digging and be aware you get clear thoughts” Farmer said.
“I tried to think on various topics but every thought of mine ends at her” I mused.
“You are making a mistake here, I told you to set your mind free. If you forcefully try to think on anything, you will end up thinking about her only.” Farmer said.
“I tried that also, she is everywhere” I spoke.
“Okay, accept those thoughts and think on that” Farmer advised.
“You are advising me to accept her thoughts, accept all reality but if it is not giving me happiness then why should I do this?” I asked.
“What is happiness?” Farmer asked looking at me.
“Happiness means joy, it’s hard to define but you can understand right?” I asked.
“Katyayini” Farmer spoke looking down, cleaned the digging tool.
“What?” I asked.
“You even don’t know meaning of happiness, which means you haven’t enjoyed your happy moments too because you exactly don’t know how to enjoy something deeply, even happiness” Farmer spoke.
“Katyayini is sheer aspect of consciousness, leave your body, leave your problems here and just go deep and deep to your thoughts and then consciousness will come up. That consciousness will have intuitive ability. Seeing beyond senses, knowing beyond your logic is Katyayini and this will happen only when you think deep on one thought.” Farmer spoke.
“Till what depth this free fall is permissible? I mean there must be some line of difference between thinking and overthinking” I asked.
“Overthinking creates problem when your mind remains free, here you are working for me, you are helping me in my work. Digging is your action, and reaction of digging is not dependent on you. When you are thinking on any particular topic there are chances that you will overthink on it but then it will be very easy for you to differentiate between possibilities and reality, so certainly you will stop overthinking and focus on your thinking. Ultimately you will come into reality by this and you will accept things and when you accept things, your expectation comes down and when expectation comes down, you will start living in present and this is how you will remain positive and happy” Farmer advised.
“What is happiness?” I asked.
“I am your thoughts, I am part of you, if you are not aware about something then how can I know that? All my logics, all my theories is dependent on your knowledge, I am the inner you” Farmer spoke and smiled.
I kept helping in digging because I want to know what I think about on that particular thought.
