So, in the last part we read about Akhil, his family background, his overall college life within 1 month. He fell in love with a girl named Aisha, who studied in his class. The class incharge, Gaitonde anounced the college prom night. During the prom night, everyone was told to choose their partner for the dance. When Akhil was approaching Aisha. He saw something which broke his heart. What it was??? Let's read further......
When Akhil was approaching Aisha, just before he could move towards her, he saw Sid moving towards Aisha. Sid was tall, handsome, muscular guy who was in another division of the first year. Akhil saw Sid asking Aisha for the dance. Akhil was confident enough that Aisha will say no to him. But this did not happen. When Aisha saw Sid for the first time in the prom, she was well committed that she will dance with Akhil, but...
"Hi, I am Sid. Would you like to dance with me?" Sid asks Aisha bringing his hand forward.
Aisha wanted to say no to Sid but Sid was looking so handsome that she couldn't resist herself.
"Yes." Aisha accepts and holds her hands with Sid.
Akhil saw all of this from a distance. His heart broke into pieces. Akhil, who saw his future with Aisha, who wanted to be her partner for this dance and for life, now seeing her accepting someone else.
"Go Akhil, tell Sid that you are her real partner" Arjun says to Akhil
Akhil does not respond to Arjun. Instead, he walks away with his eyes filled with tears...
Just before Akhil was heading towards college gate, the college janitor Ashok stopped him.
"Wait! Where are you going?" Says Ashok
"Home" Akhil responds
"Come here! I want to check whether you are carrying something unusual (like alcohol, drugs)"
Akhil goes towards Ashok. Ashok instantly figured out that Akhil is disappointed 😞. He is not happy.
"What happened? Something happened?" Ashok asks Akhil
"No, nothing" responds Akhil with sorrow.
"Let me guess. Hmmmm, someone scolded you?"
"No"
"Then, you had a fight?"
"No"
"Hmmmm.... Let me think... Aaahhhhh yes, a girl left you. Right??"
Akhil instantly looks at Ashok. "How do you know?" asks Akhil.
"Hahahhah, my dear, I am 43 years old. I have once being in this same situation when I had a young blood. I have seen many people like you giving up on love. Now tell me about her. What happened?" Ashok calms down Akhil.
"I thought she'll dance with me. But she went to dance with someone else. She went with the guy you once warned me about". Akhil opens up about whatever happened there, to Ashok.
"Who, that boy Sid? Ohhh boy, stay away from him, no matter what. Even if he took your girl, find someone else. But stay away from him."
Akhil didn't agree to what Ashok said thinking that this random janitor knows nothing about love and is too old to understand feelings of young people. Akhil ignored Ashok's advice and rushed towards the college with anger. When he reached, he saw Sid and Aisha dancing together. They looked happy. Akhil began staring at them continuously.
"Who is this guy? Why is he looking at us?" Sid asks Aisha.
Aisha was charmed by Sid, but later she realised about Akhil. She wanted to dance with Akhil, but now she is in love with Sid.
"I don't know him" Aisha says to Sid.
Soon the party got over. Akhil waited outside with Arjun for Aisha. Akhil wanted to have a word with her after all this.
As soon as Aisha came out, Akhil moved forward to confront her about this. But the moment Aisha saw Akhil, she couldn't look at his eyes and immediately went away from him as quick as she could...
This completely broke Akhil's heart. He loved Aisha so much but she just played with him.
After the party. Akhil saw Sid and Aisha everyday in the college. Sid began wondering about Akhil and asked Aisha continuously about Akhil but she refused. Sid realised the something is not going well.
Sid, with the help of his friends, figured out about Akhil, that he loved Aisha. Sid still didn't make any move against Akhil because he didn't do any harm to both of them.
As Akhil's focus was on both of them, he slowly got distracted. This affected his academics and scored less in exams. Akhil's parents were concerned..
"What is the Akhil?! You were not like this before! What is wrong with you!" His father scolded Akhil. Akhil was silent.....
The next day, Akhil saw Aisha sitting alone in the canteen. He decided to have a word with her....
"What is this Aisha?!!. You loved me! But then, how can you dance with someone else..?!!" Akhil shouted..
"Calm down Akhil. So what? Loving for 1 month is not love. And so what? I love Sid, he is much better than you.. I don't want you to come in my life ever. IT'S OVER!!!"
Akhil's emotions were shattered into pieces. He never expected this from Aisha. Even though she ended it up from her side, Akhil didn't went back. He kept trying...
Akhil tried his very best to get Aisha back. He wrote letters, sent her flowers, tried to speak with her. She rejected everything.
One day Aisha went to Sid to speak about Akhil.
"Everything Ok?" Sid asks Aisha
"Not much, but there's this one guy in my class, Akhil. He is disturbing me alot."
"What, that boy Akhil? Don't worry, I'll take care of him" Sid said with anger.
Sid began stalking Akhil. Where he goes, what he does, how he spends his day, Everything.
One day, Sid was in washroom with his friends, planning about things they will do with Akhil. But it was so unfortunate that Akhil entered the washroom that exact moment.
Akhil entered. He saw Sid with 4 other boys. He stared at Akhil and went to get light. Sid was so angry that with his boys, he grabbed him and got him to ground. They all beated him bad. Later, the boys held Akhil's hands and legs, and Sid took out some powder from his pocket. Those were drugs...
Sid drugged Akhil. Akhil was so intoxicated that he got unconscious. After 1 hour, a student saw Akhil lying on ground unconscious. The boy immediately ran to inform teachers.
The teachers informed Akhil's parents about this. His parents were shocked. His mother cried. When Akhil woke up, he took the name of Sid. But no one can rusticate Sid because of his father political power. Later Sid was declared innocent by college. Akhil's parents didn't understood the situation and began finding flaw in their own son.
"How can you do this? Do you know how much I worked hard?!!! All this struggle to have you like this??? Is this what you doing in college? Consuming drugs??!!!" Akhil's father, with wet eyes, shouting at his son....
"No papa! How can you say this?? I didn't took any drugs. I was forcefully drugged! Believe me!!!"
"Please listen to your son.. he must be saying truth. He would have been forcefully dragged into all this" Akhil's mother said to his father cryingly.
Akhil's father didn't listened to anyone. Somewhere Akhil's father thought that his son might be right but he didn't believed him. His thinking was "If he was forcefully drugged, why he brought himself in such a situation where he's being drugged, why he chose wrong friends"
But the anger in his father's eyes said that he's not going to believe in anyone. Before Akhil could give more justification, his father grabbed his arm and dragged him out of the house.
"Enough!!! You can't do anything in your life! You're shame for us! We should've never let you come in this world! You're nothing but a disgrace for us! Now leave my house! Get lost!!!!!!!".
Akhil cried.. he begged his father to listen to him at least once. But his father closed the door. Neighbours looking at the scene from windows. Akhil stayed infront of the house for five minutes. He realised that there's no point in explaining someone who never wants to know the truth. He left.
The young boy doesn't know where he's going. His own people won't let him enter. From now on, it's not about living, it's about surviving in this ruthless, cruel, world.....
