Sifarish - The Dairy - 2 - 1

Time passed slowly… and finally, the day arrived.

The wedding day of Saif and Rizvi.
The venue looked beautiful, filled with lights and decorations. Everyone was happy—except Saif.

There was no glow on his face. This marriage was not his choice. Still, he forced himself to smile so that no one would suspect his true feelings. From time to time, he pretended to be happy.

The wedding ceremony was completed successfully.

Then came the emotional moment of farewell.

Rizvi left her home and stepped into a new life.

After the farewell, Rizvi arrived at her new house. Everyone welcomed her warmly and showed her love—except Saif.

As soon as he reached home, Saif went straight to his room and fell asleep.

After a while, Rizvi entered the room. Seeing him asleep, she quietly sat on the sofa and waited for him to wake up.

While waiting, she herself fell asleep.

In the evening, Saif woke up and saw Rizvi in front of him.

He became extremely angry.
He walked towards her and said sharply—
Saif:
"Hey… listen, girl, wake up."
Rizvi woke up suddenly, frightened by his voice.
Rizvi:
"Yes… what is it?"
Saif (shouting):
"Wow! That’s really great."
"I am here feeling miserable, and you are sleeping peacefully."
"Tell me, did you sleep well?"
"And now, if your sleep is complete, please leave my room."
Rizvi (nervously):
"What are you saying? Where will I go? I am married to you. Please don’t do this… have some mercy on me."
Saif (angrily)
"Have mercy on you? What are you even saying?"

"When no one showed mercy to me, why should I show it to you?"
"Listen… don’t create drama. I am talking to you politely right now. Don’t force me to do something wrong. Do you understand?"

Just then, Saif’s aunt, mother, and sisters entered the room. Seeing tears in Rizvi’s eyes, they became worried.
Mother:
"What happened, Rizvi? Why are you crying? Did Saif say anything to you? Tell me the truth—I will deal with him right now."

Rizvi quickly wiped her tears and replied—
Rizvi:
"No, mother, he didn’t say anything. I was just missing my home… that’s why I got emotional."
Aunt (softly):
"Don’t cry, dear. We are your family now. The only difference is that this is a new relationship. It will take some time to understand each other. Give yourself time… and give Saif some time too."
Rizvi:
"Yes, aunt… I will."

Suddenly, Zareen spoke loudly in a playful tone—
Zareen:
"Wow! Well done, everyone. You all delivered such amazing dialogues today!"
Her mother immediately replied—
Mother:
"You little drama queen, just wait—I will deal with you now."
Zareen ran away laughing—
"Brother, save me! Save me!"

The entire day had been exhausting. Everyone was tired, so they went to their rooms to rest.

Slowly, darkness spread across the sky… and evening turned into night.
Later, Saif’s mother, aunt, relatives, and sisters gathered around the bride again.

They talked, laughed, and then helped her get ready to meet Saif.

The atmosphere slowly changed…
There was silence…
A strange tension in the air…
As if something unexpected was about to happen.

After some time…
Everything was about to change.

The bride sat quietly on the bed, dressed in a deep crimson wedding outfit. The rich red fabric shimmered under the soft lights, reflecting the beginning of a new life.

The room was beautifully decorated. Fresh flowers were arranged all around, their sweet fragrance filling every corner of the space. The soft glow of lights, the gentle silence, and the delicate scent in the air created a dreamy atmosphere.

Tonight… everything felt different.
Tonight… she was someone’s wife.

Rizvi sat there, her hands resting gently in her lap, her heart filled with hope.
She was happy.
Truly happy.

She had dreamed of this moment countless times. She had imagined her future, carefully building every scene in her mind.
A new home… a new family… a new beginning.

She thought about becoming a part of Saif’s family—making them her own, winning their hearts with love and care. She imagined filling that house with warmth, respect, and happiness.
And Saif…
A soft smile touched her lips.
She thought about loving him endlessly… unconditionally… with all her heart.
So many dreams.
So many emotions.
So many expectations.
She was still lost in her beautiful thoughts, silently weaving her future…
When suddenly—
Knock… knock…
The sound echoed in the quiet room.
Her heartbeat paused for a second.
Before she could react…
The door slowly creaked open.
And then—
It opened completely.
The silence grew heavier.
Rizvi slowly lifted her eyes
And then she saw him.
Saif.
Standing right in front of her.
Still.
Cold.
Unreadable.
For a brief moment, their eyes almost met…
But unable to hold his gaze, Rizvi quickly lowered her eyes again.
Her fingers tightened slightly.
Her heartbeat grew faster.
Something felt… off.
Something wasn’t right.
The dreams she had just been building—
Suddenly felt fragile.
As if they could shatter… at any moment.
