A SIN TAKES ROOT
The sound of her soft moans woke me up,I buried my head deep in my pillows but she drew louder and it pierced my heart. The sun was beginning to shine outside and I did something I didn't even think about,I knocked on there door. "What do you want Avery?" Jordan's cold raspy voice called out.
"Can I talk to Ellis?" I hesitated but my mind was fixated on the idea that I could no longer bare to see or hear them intimate. From behind the door I could hear them arguing about her coming out to see me but she walked out anyway putting on her towel,her body glowing with the sweat,my heart dropped I was drooling over her. "What is it?" She said closing the door.
"I wanted you to help me pick a gift for Rita. It's a surprise and I want it to be special"
"Let me get dressed then. I will see you downstairs".
The day started out bad but the rest of it was falling in my favor. We went shopping and seeing her face beam melted my heart. Everything she touched or admired from afar I signaled the maid to add it to the cart,she'd no idea but I was getting whatever she wants. By the end of the shopping spree,I told the maid to go home and I took Ellis to Arden's house, August was there too. "Are you sure we should be drinking with your mom here?" Arden said teasing me.
"I don't mind" Ellis said smiling
"So you'll be drinking with us?" Arden asked leaning abit closer to her than he's supposed to. She nodded. I pushed him aside and we begun,every glass i took I fought demons,I wasn't ready for this.
"How about we play a game of truth or dare?" August asked his eyes narrowing at me.
"No that always ends bad" I said shaking my head
"How about no truths just dares" Arden said. Everyone agreed and the game started out great just silly dares and nothing more.
"Great Avery I dare you to get a tattoo of the girl you love and show it at the next photoshoot" August said pounding fist's with Arden and laughing.
"And what if I don't" I put my bottle down.
"Then kiss her" August's gaze shifted to Ellis. She grew nervous and tensions rose.
Arden laughed. "We're just messing with you bro".
But I wasn't messing,I found my hands reaching out for her and I held her face in my hands,she was drunk but noticed everything. I kissed her,her tongue inside mine. She pushed me away and it was silent,I realized I did something bad and I stood up. August and Arden left. "I'm sorry that was a stupid mistake" I muttered.
"It's okay. I'll just go home and you can continue having fun with your friends" she said standing up,I wasn't going to let her go that easily so I pulled her closer to me her body brushed against mine and we both felt it. She didn't resist and we found ourselves lost in each other's bodies.
When I opened my eyes I saw Ellis in my arms asleep. "Ahhhhhh!" . She woke up. We where both naked,no surprise there but the guilt gripped me. She was a mess,she got dressed quickly and rushed out,I understood my mistake but now that I tasted it I wanted more than that,I wanted to feel this pleasure forever. I and my friends went to work after but the events of the day played in my head nonstop,I was constantly smiling. As I finished my shoot,Jordan walked in with Ellis and Rita. She'd changed her clothes,covered her body,when our eyes met she looked down,she was ashamed. "Your dad tells me you've a surprise for me" Rita said happily. I brushed her off and went straight to Ellis. "You okay? I'm sorry about this morning. It was the ........"
"This morning was great" she smiled. "About that gift Rita,I sent it to your house". My dad and Rita left.
"How'd you do that?"
"I bought her another gift"
She walked past me her scent flooding my nostrils and I followed behind. We went into my dad's office and she stood besides him while Rita and I sat down. " We'll be going on a small vacation. You can bring your friends if you like" Jordan said rubbing his fingers together.
"We didn't discuss about that" Ellis said
"I don't think it's in your place to decide that" his cold voice and fury eye gazed at her.
"Yes I do. It's my life Jordan"
He hit the desk and stood up. "If I make decisions you sit and listen. You've no say in anything do you get that?"
"I'm not going". She shook her head and tried to leave when he grabbed her. "Let go of me Jordan".
"Don't call me by my name".
Anger fueled inside me. He was hurting her. He was pushing her around, banging her head in every direction he pushed her. I took a deep breath,my mind focusing on nothing but my breathing and in a flash I found myself battling with my father,I was on top of him filling his face with fist's until we where separated,my hands bleeding.
"Why'd you do that?" Ellis asked while cleaning my knuckles.
I chuckled. "I did it for you. I love what happened between us it was temporary but it's something I'll never forget. I love you Ellis". She was staring at me with tears in her eyes. I held her hands close to my heart.
"Avery".
